Ten years ago, I was sitting at my corporate job dreaming about something different. I am a natural born planner and had a passion for exploring the world and helping others do the same. I became a travel advisor and have sent 1000’s of families on their dream and bucket list vacations. I’ve always believed that travel isn’t just about where you go — it’s about how it makes you feel. That’s why I love helping people explore new places, discover hidden gems, and create stories they’ll talk about for years.

Now, as I co-launch BE Travel Destinations, my mission goes beyond planning trips. I’m here to mentor and empower travel advisors to build thriving businesses of their own. In 2015, I started my career as a travel agent, initially hoping to earn enough to afford my family one vacation a year at a time of limited expendable income. I had no idea how I would fall in love with the travel industry. From the diverse destinations to the wonderful people I encountered, it quickly became clear that I had found where I was meant to be.
 

While continuing to serve my own clients, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to establish a group travel division. This opportunity allowed me to help hundreds of agents grow their group travel sales, and I discovered that my true passion lies in partnering with agents to expand their businesses.

Today I bring that same drive to creating a supportive and thriving home for agents here at BE Travel Destinations where we aim to foster a sense of belonging and enable each agent to succeed.

Hello! I’m Nikki Burch. I became a travel agent in 2013, and I absolutely love what I do. With over 12 years of experience, I’m dedicated to making travel easy, enjoyable, and personalized for every client. Over the years, I’ve planned just about every type of trip you can imagine, including theme park vacations, cruises (ocean and river), all-inclusive resorts, international trips, honeymoons, destination weddings, luxury escapes, weekend getaways, and custom itineraries.

I also specialize in group travel of all kinds, including sports teams, school groups, corporate retreats, incentive travel, family reunions, wedding groups, and large friend trips.

As a mom, I’ve planned plenty of vacations for my own family. My children have gone through every age and stage, so I understand what families need from babies and toddlers to teens and young adults. Now that my children are grown, I also have experience that I use to help guide seasoned travelers and couples with empty nests make the most of this next phase of life.
